Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Delivery Times Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days from the date of shipment. Some specialty items may take up to 20 business days due to their fulfillment origin.

Fulfillment Model Schnauzer House works with trusted fulfillment partners to bring you a wide selection of Schnauzer-specific products. Because of this, items from different orders may occasionally arrive in separate packages, and multi-item orders may arrive at different times.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you first receive it.
