How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Some specialty items can take up to 20 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want a product from Schnauzer House, email us and we'll see what we can do.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged or defective, we cover it, no questions asked. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@schnauzerhouse.com within 7 days with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll do what we can. Once it has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
Are your products safe for Schnauzers specifically?
We choose every product with the breed's coat, size, and temperament in mind. If you're ever unsure whether a product fits your dog, email us and we'll help you figure it out before you order.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after you first receive it.
